Open Enrollment for 2025 is now complete. The next Open Enrollment Period will begin on November 1, 2025. Learn more about certain life events that may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period throughout the year.

Open Enrollment is the time of year to enroll in a Get Covered Illinois health plan or you can renew or change your current plan.

• Eligible Illinoisans who do not have health insurance coverage 
• Consumers currently enrolled in a health plan through Healthcare.gov who want to renew or change their existing plan
