Open Enrollment for Get Covered Illinois Health Insurance Marketplace is from November 1, 2024 – January 15, 2025
Open Enrollment is the time of year to enroll in a Get Covered Illinois health plan or you can renew or change your current plan.
Who should enroll?
- Eligible Illinoisans who do not have health insurance coverage
- Consumers currently enrolled in a health plan through Healthcare.gov who want to renew or change their existing plan
Get Covered Illinois encourages you to Shop and Enroll on Healthcare.gov.

- Connect to Healthcare.gov to find out if you:
