Stop by to get your Marketplace health insurance questions answered
Chicago – Visit the Get Covered Illinois outreach table located in the Lieutenant Governor’s tent at this year's Illinois State Fair in Springfield. Get Covered Illinois staff will be there to answer questions about Marketplace health insurance coverage, including how to qualify and apply for a Special Enrollment Period. They’ll also have up-to-date information about how to get covered during this year’s Open Enrollment Period beginning November 1.
“This year’s state fair is packed with incredible entertainment, attractions, and vendors, and Get Covered Illinois is proud to be among those participating,” said Get Covered Illinois Director Morgan Winters. “Our team of Marketplace experts is looking forward to meeting attendees and providing helpful health coverage information. We especially encourage anyone without health insurance or anyone who may know someone without coverage to stop by our table to learn how Get Covered Illinois can help.”
Get Covered Illinois is the state’s official health insurance Marketplace for Illinoisians to purchase quality, affordable health insurance, facilitated by healthcare.gov.
