A message to our customers
Open enrollment for 2026 plans begins on November 1, 2025.
During open enrollment, you can shop for and enroll in coverage. You can preview plans and estimate your costs on October 27.
If you previously had a health or dental insurance plan through HealthCare.gov, you will get a letter from Get Covered Illinois in early October with instructions on how to claim your account.
Need help?
Navigators and brokers will be available to help you apply for and enroll in a plan beginning November 1. Our navigator and broker directory, where you can search for a navigator and broker near you, will also be available on November 1.
If you need help before November 1, you can contact our Customer Assistance Center starting October 1.
